Holy Shit, it’s 2012!

If you thought there were lots of conflicts and confrontations in 2011, then hold on to your hats, ladies and gentlemen; it’s going to be a bumpy ride. You might also want to buy a boat just to have on hand in the event of flooding, which could be severe in the spring as Mars stations in opposition to Neptune in April that forms a square to the approaching Solar Eclipse in May. The grand topper is Uranus square Pluto that makes its first exact aspect late June, just as Jupiter in early Gemini squares Neptune and more floods, tsunamis and other water disasters are likely. In other parts of the world, it manifests as droughts as excessive water in one region deprives another from its source of water. Windy times are ahead in early summer resulting from Jupiter’s activities in the mutable air sign of Gemini, blowing one way then another.
Before we barely get into the Chinese Year of the Dragon, Mars turns retrograde on the US Neptune on the 23rd of January, repeating the attacks on the American Dream that has turned into the American Nightmare for almost half the country, or at least the American Drama. Yet the scenario of survival measures being taken by more people and the suicidal copouts that have increased exponentially expose so much of the turmoil rampant around the world. Our 7-plus billion world population has strained the collective resources of the planet to the breaking point despite the fact that it can be reversed. One-child-per-family adopted globally will slow the growth and diminish the population over time but as part of the Pluto in Capricorn lesson of austerity, reduction of dependence on oil and other excavated environmental disasters like coal, natural gas and uranium that are better left in the ground because there are far too many cleaner sources of energy that can help phase the dirty jobs out of existence. Nicola Tesla invented or discovered how to tap into the Earth’s natural electrical grid to provide free energy to everyone but J.P. Morgan, his financial backer, wouldn’t support that venture, being a greedy, corrupt mother-fucker who wanted to profit off of the poor, huddled masses as much as possible. After he died, the FBI swept in like vultures and stole all his inventions and plans for them. Water, wind, solar, geo-thermal and bio-fuels made from farm animal waste as well as weeds and algae are easily developed if not for the monopolistic threats from oil, coal and nuclear interests.
This year is a chance to see what our nation’s chart might truly be, as Jupiter will transit over the Gemini ASC three times and Saturn will cross over the Scorpio ASC just as many times over the next two years but we’ll see a confluence of both on the last day of the Mayan calendar. Then we’ll have to begin a new 26,000 year cycle with a new attitude and with incredible technological sophistication compared to what they had back then and yet, they were right about many of their predictions. It’s just that they didn’t predict the world’s physical destruction. They wrote in symbolical images with the understanding that a picture is worth a thousand words if you know what you’re looking at and can interpret the context correctly. No one knows how their language sounded, despite Mel Gibson’s film. We do know that a great shift is about to unfold and the reverberations are going to be off the charts in their intensity, shaking the very foundations of civilization as we have previously understood it. There was a time when we were innocent and ignorant of events around the world and even across your own country. We aren’t isolated anymore, with an integrally interconnected international network of a virtual community where everyone knows what’s happening around the world better than they do with some of the people in their own family (sometimes).
New Years are like a clean slate and you are the artist who draws upon it to create the life you want to lead, which is the reason for resolutions. We are the artists that paint the pathways to the future and write the scripts by which our lives are dramatically rendered along with the composers who write the soundtrack and the actors who play out the drama. Remember, however, that every soul memory of every life you’ve ever lived is recorded somewhere in your consciousness but rarely accessible in your current incarnation. What remain are character imprints that have established an identity pattern over many lifetimes. Personally, I tend to be an artistic and metaphysical type who isn’t always great at business but I tend to be happier and less stressed than most having chosen partners that fill what I lack. That’s why I have had a lot of Capricorn and Virgo associates as well as in my family. You need to balance your energy with others so must understand what qualities elementally you are composed of. I’m a blend of lots of water with nearly equal parts air and fire while my wife is more fire and earth with less air and water. You fill each other’s empty cup or houses and signs. I have what you don’t…an understanding of everything that entails. Now I’m flying off the rails, which of never fails because we get so lost in details that we miss the very entrails that plops us on our tails when the shit sails at us. “Let’s make this a good one, without any fear…” (John Lennon)
